Free workout log · iPhone and web
A free workout log for people who run their own routine. Open an exercise and last time's sets are already in the fields. Nothing locked behind a paid tier, no feed. Use the iPhone app or any browser, on one account. Stretching and body weight are there if you want them.
Maintenea is a free workout log for people who train on their own routine. For each exercise it shows what you lifted last time and fills in the numbers, and a saved routine or a recent workout starts again with its exercises in place. Stretching, body weight, measurements and progress photos are optional. It runs in the browser and as an iPhone app on the App Store. No ads, analytics only with consent, workout data stored in the EU.
Maintenea for iPhone: Free on the App Store. No subscription. Download on the App Store

No setup wizard, no forced import, no plan to pick before you can start.
Name, email and a password, or your Google account. No card.
The exercise and stretch library is already filled. Pick a lift, tap through the sets.
Your sets wait in the fields, and a recent workout starts again from the dashboard in one tap. After a few weeks each lift shows its trend.
iPhone app · free
Same account as the web, built for one hand between sets. Last time's numbers are in the fields before you lift, the rest countdown follows you to the Lock Screen, and no screen in the app asks you to upgrade.
Each set opens with last session's weight and reps, and the line above it shows what you did.
It names the next set and its weight, with +30 s and Skip right under the countdown.
Each routine opens with the weights from the last time you ran it.
Active days, sets, stretching and cardio, and the muscles that took the work.
Weekly and monthly recaps: workouts, tonnage, records and the days you trained.
Strength change over 1, 3 or 12 months, lift by lift.
Best set, estimated one-rep max and every session of a lift in one place.
Log what you lifted, and the next session starts from it. If you stretch, it goes in the same log.
Open a lift and last time's weights and reps are waiting in the fields. Match them or beat them, then tick the set. If you logged RIR 2+ last time, the app suggests the next load.
Weekly volume and strength trends over time. Real progress, not a vague feeling.
If you stretch, log it here too: hold time, sides, and discomfort before and after.
No paid tier, no trial clock, no feature locked behind an upgrade. The iPhone app is free too. There are no ads, and analytics only run if you turn them on, so it is not paid for with your data either.
